Well, my love of the the black folk art doll will never end... I would love to some day travel and see this collection of historical dolls. Until then, I will just enjoy the inspiration...
The Hatch dolls will have a West coast venue on March 21 & 22, 2009, as part of the Antique Country and Folk Arts Show in Costa Mesa, CA and then will be at the Wenham Museum north of Boston, MA from Oct 2, 2009 thru Jan 18, 2010.
Well, it has just started snowing here at our house in the woods. I love the sight of fresh snow. It makes me want to start creating those lovely winter prodjects...
“fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” -Hebrews 12:2

Thank you for sharing the site. I love it and it would be wonderful to see the dolls in person.
